There are many ways to keep your neighborhood neat and tidy. Here is how I would keep my neighborhood clean.
1. I would gather around as many people as I could and at least each person would've collected 10 pieces of rubbish.
2. Spread the word, You could make a poster so it would convince people to think about the environment and not only electronics.
3.If you haven't already got a garden then you should plant some flowers, it is a very good way to enhance your house and neighborhood.

Your ideas for keeping your neighbourhood neat and tidy are also very cool. I particularly like the idea of 'Spreading the word' and making posters that provide people with important information. You are right to note that many people really appreciate receiving news on paper rather than through an electronic device.
