What a cool design - I really like that you have incorporated colours into your flag that represent different cultures within New Zealand. Given that it is such a multi-cultural area, I wonder if we should also consider including other colours that represent the various nationalities found in NZ. What do you think?
I like that you have also included a symbol that reminds us all of New Zealand - the anchor. I found out this week that approximately 15% of all 'kiwis' (New Zealanders) own boats so it seems very fitting that you have included an anchor in your design!
