Task Description
This week we are learning about Decimals. We had to show our working on a paper and take a photo on our Chromebook to show proof on how we worked it out. This was an easy task to do. I hope we get handed more of these problems.

Task Description
For this task, we had to answer questions about speed and time. This was really easy for me to figure out because the strategy was familar to work with. I really like doing this type of problems. Enjoy my learning above!

Measuring Problems

Walt: understand different measurement units



Task Description: We made a copy of this presentation. We carefully read the questions that our math's teacher, Mr Goodwin. Then we had to answer the question by writing our working and strategy at the bottom rectangle. We also had to multiply,divide and convert measurement to get the answer.

Estimate and Measure (Silver Medal Problem)

Walt: Understand different measurement units.

Task Description: We had to estimate or measure the object with a ruler, as you can see on all of the slides. On the slides there are different lengths of objects. This time we learnt about centimeters.

Converting measurements? ( Silver medal problem)

Task Description: This week we are finally changing what we are learning about. Measurement is what we are learning. This was confusing at first but it became easy. I learnt a lot of things. We just converted mm into cm and cm into mm. Overall it was so easy.

A Mission (Silver medal Problem)

Walt: Understand how to read 24 hour time.



Task Description: In this presentation we had to solve these questions(Military edition) using Addition and subtraction. I used the 24 hour time, Digital time and the Written Form. We also had show our working by using our math'sbook and pencil.
