Vampire bats are able to live in a wide variation of warm habitats. They mostly like to live in an undisturbed rainforest, caves or hollow trees.
What percentage of bats find food each night?
70% of a group of bats do find food at night and studieshave manifested that 30% of the bats in a group will not find food at night. That leads to the fed bats vomiting up some of it's meal for the unfed bat in it's kind.

A vampire bat's body is the size of a man's thumb and is about 20 cm wing-span.
